Has anyone put longer pins on the burgtec MK4 composites?

I need some new ones anyway and fancy a little longer for a bit more grip

Burgtec composites are the best grip wise for me. Loads more than penthouse etc... not tried the above

Honestly if you don't think the pedal's right I'd try something else. Didn't like my burgtecs, they felt like something from 15 years ago, much prefer the nukeproof horizon comp/similiar (ie PA03, or the thinkrider cheapos). Better shape imo. But it's definitely a matter of taste so there's no substitute for trying different pedals (like, loads of people rate the nukeproof electron or the oneup composite, I think they're both pretty bad)

I used to run vaults with the long pins and they were easy gripier than the burgtecs, the bushing/bearings were like cheese though.

I don't feel that planted on the burgtecs.

Might just bite the bullet and buy some others. Annoyingly I was going to buy the deity's but there wasn't any stock about back then

They're M3 bolts so at longer lengths might be even more rippy when it comes to soles and shins.
