Anyone have a recommendation?
Destinations I'd like would be Spain/Italy/France. I've tried basque but they're not offering long-weekend options.

In August Id be thinking about the climate, its very very hot, so go somewhere you can pedal in the heat. High up would be good. Also its going to be the busiest time of the year, so consider that when looking. For me Id look to the north east of France, like the La Bresse area.
