Hi all.
I have the upgrade bug and I'm going 2x10 on my cube aim. My question is regarding the rear mech and what size I would need to order?

Yep, XT Shadow+ medium cage with 11-36 XT cassette and double chainset works perfectly for me.

General rules;
short - single DH, narrow cassette
Medium - double
Long - triple
... but on wide 1x10 or 1x11 long generally required.

Medium is fine on 1x11, long is absolutely unnecessary.

long would only possibly be needed on a wide 2x10 or 2x11. Never on a single front ring.
