What parts are you after? I've got a friend who has an account with them. I also run both a 301 & 601 myself.

Tried calling them, no reply
E mailing them, no reply
Facebook, no reply
Phoned syntace, they couldn't help me
Ridiculous

It's the steel shaft that goes through the shock pivot mount, the one with the roller bearings

Let me know what you need. I'm in Torbole at the test centre tomorrow then going to the head office next week before coming back to the UK. Email me is probably best. Email in the profile.

No e mail in profile
Would be great if you could get parts for me
Bike is in bits at moment!!
Cheers
This is the shaft
shaft is badly corroded
This measures 14.00mm diameter
42 mm long
And is internally threaded both ends
I believe there is an updates part for this that has a grease nipple in .?
it's a mk10 301
And it's the shaft that goes through the rocker link, the one with the 4900 roller bearings

i had a reply in a few minutes by going via the Syntace Facebook pages. Have also ordered parts from the Syntace website with no issues at all.

https://www.syntace.de/

You need to be aware that there is sometimes a difference in what appears to be available on the German language pages of the website to that available on the English pages.

I need exactly the same part. I emailed Liteville over the summer and it took them months to get back to me. They requested a photo of the part and I haven't got round to taking it. Have you had any joy?

I tried to get a test ride on a 301 & had very little joy from Liteville via email, facebook or phone - now looking at an Ibis HD3.

I take it you didn't find the "Liteville test bikes UK" Facebook page Snaps? Operated by the above Michael?

Yes, no reply to message & website takes you to the German site - they replied but suggested I try somewhere in Italy 🙄

parts located, emails sent to easygirl and vonplatz.

The setup in the UK is coming together. I'm meeting with the owner of the company tomorrow or Thursday. We have already talked about getting a service centre setup here in the UK with a UK contact number (ie me) that will be able to offer servicing, parts, advice etc. I already have a lot of spares in the UK but it's not clear via the company or website to contact me yet. All that should change shortly.

Apologies for any frustrations incurred.

Michael

Great stuff Michael, thanks for your help
Shocking service from liteville though, but at least looks like they are trying to resolve the issue which is a good thing
Thanks again

Thats odd Snaps - my FB page should not automatically take you to LV pages. If you are after a test ride simply email me via the FB page and we can sort something out. I'm back in the UK now.

Just got back from a week away in Deutschland funnily enough and parts were delivered last week. Half price because of the lack of response from Liteville so at least they have atoned for not responding as quickly as they should have before.

Big thanks to Michael for sorting it out mit ze gurmanz.
