I have a really nice Gilet from Tenn [url= http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160663270277 ]on ebay here,[/url] its great, really light, folds up tiny and is windproof and reasonably waterproof. Ideally I would like the same thing but in Jacket format, any good recommendations?

Ohh nice, but at the risk of being fussy, I don't get on with fully elasticated cuffs, anything with a velcro/elastic cuff?
