I currently have a Charge something or other Tange Prestige frame and forks that is set up SS for the above duties.

It was meant as a SS/Alfine bike and does not have a derailier hanger nor do the dropouts lend themselves to a bolt on version soooooooooo

Looking for a new frame.

Not looking to spend a huge amount as it will be used for the above but would need a 68mm BB and ideally QR dropouts but by no means a deal breaker. Clearance for something more than 32mm 700c tyres would be preferable.

Any suggestions?

Another Charge cooker (I presume that's what it was from the description) but the geared version?

Similar but different, On-One Inbred? Bonus they came with pannier and mudguard mounts

Cinelli Tutto Plus?

They sell as a flatbar single speed build or a frameset and it can also work with drops and has a mech hanger as well as horizontal QR dropouts so it's pretty versatile for building most things! Clearance is somewhere in the mid-40's on a 700c wheel, plus 68mm BB.

Not sure if it works for your budget but may find something cheap second hand/frameset only?

Oh and they look cool!
