I've just moved back to the land of winter mud, from Singapore. Need a recommendation for mud-guards for MTBs (a 29er in this instance). What's light, easy to fit, and works well for the front?

Try Mucky Nutz bender fender and gut fender combo. Weighs nowt, costs little, works a treat.

Just bought 2 from the mucky nuts website. One for the full susser, and they do a fat bike sized one now so got one of those for the fatty. Nice!

Mucky Nutz or similar. Keeps mud out of the face and off the stanchions (unlike RRP Neoguard which collects the mud around the stanchions, though works okay preventing face spray).

Rockguards one is exellent, tough carbon fibre, fits teally well and great at keeping my camera bag clean strapped to the front of my rucksack
