Looking to upgrade my Fizik R1 bars as I’d like to go internally routed with my Di2 - any suggestions please?

Need to be sub £300 and preferably lighter than 205g.

Thanks.

Anything from Pro fit the bill? Shimano's component brand so it's good stuff and lots of their bars take Di2.

Just drill them! I’ve got R1’s on mine and just drilled a hole big enough for the plug about 40mm in from the ends of each side of the bar. The cable easily pushed through the internal of the bars using a brake hose as a guide.

Thanks chaps.

I will take a look at Pro.

Not over keen drilling carbon bars but I’ll look into it, but was also going to taketheoportunitythe get lighter bars than the R1s.

Something by 3T if you like the shape? I picked up a set of Superleggera Team Stealth for £70 a couple of months ago (although they seem to have gone up a bit now)...

There's nothing wrong with drilling the ends, you're never going to be putting loads on the ends anyway. if you want different bars, that's fine but I think the R1's are pretty hard to beat. if I swap mine it'll be for some S-Works Aerofly.

Ran few sets of these. Absolutely spot on I’d happily drill them
