My current lead weight Tiagra 12 -34 (I think) which weighs a ton is getting worn so this is a good time to upgrade. I'd like at least a 30 if not bigger large sprocket but one that is still lightweight if it exists? Any suggestions?

Looking at CRC, it seems that there's the Miche Primato at 30T then the Tiagra for 32T and 34T maximum cog size. There's 30T in the Ultegra range.

There was briefly a Tiagra 12-30, 10 speed cassette (HG50 IIRC) which I have fitted to my bike at present, and when I went looking for a replacement the closest available thing as a much more expensive Ultegra...

Of course there's nothing stopping you looking at MTB Cassettes, an XT 11-32 is probably more reasonably priced than a 6700 Ultegra equivalent and probably a sensible weight...

Nothing to stop you using SRAM or Sunrace if they are lighter. Look for the ones with the larger sprockets mounted on an aluminium spider.
