5.10pm last night, easily light enough to ride, 7.30am this morning, proper light.
Sun the last week, noticeably higher in the sky.
Show me pics of your summer evening rides - not this weekends slop-fest.....
LIKE!
Yep, climbed a wee hill yesterday and found a sheltered spot out of the wind. The sun was warm enough to bask in for a few minutes without freezing. The snow drops are making a break for it too.
Crocuses! We saw crocuses yesterday 😀
Our alarm goes off at 0700, there's definitely light you can see by now even on dull days. By the time I set off at 0730 there's not a lot of need for lights - but since I've a dynamo setup, they are on anyway.
Riding home it's now light enough whilst I'm on the canal tow path that I can actually see all the numpties dressed in black and with no reflective bits or lights.
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
So much lighter, I can now lie in bed on a weekend like the lazy prick I am, and still get in a ride.
(I'm always late back from every ride at this time of year because I'm so used to riding to the light not the clock)
No gloves ride saturday! (an accident but it was OK)
I was checking tides for climbing at Easter in Devon. It said sun set 20:00!! 😀
