Ever been done? Thinking 100mm max travel maybe with a ti spring.

The Pace RC36 Holloforms were reasonably light even with steel stanchions and springs. 100mm travel. Very nice fork if maintained.

Old 2003 - 2004 Marzocchi Marathon S are the closest to that spec i have found.
Shame they don't make anything like that anymore.

Can you a coil recon with an alloy steerer?
