Just noticed someone selling a puffer entry on the classifieds...

Anyone fancy splitting a motorhome hire from Manchester?

Quite probably.
I, however, have no delusions of adequacy.

🙂

So as I was considering this the other day I was all worried about work and how I'd get that done if I was off for a couple of days. Seemed like the wrong thing to do ( from my currently ****ed up persoective)
But yesterday and today a completely different, and yet completely connected issue reared its head. My wrist hurt, quite a lot. Basically anytime I grip with the thumb causes pain on the fleshy bit towards my palm.
Using a ski pole hurts a fair bit, and some movements yesterday bouldering also inflamed it. I'm not convinced that I'll be able to hold a handlebar...

I haven't tried since 12 December when I injured my wrist by repeatedly punching our living room door in a furious tearful rage after completely losing my rag whilst working.
I don't think I broke any bones, but have definitely got some soft tissue damage.
Which I need to fix, along with finding a way to cope with work in a sensible way.
(I realised in December that my current [ fitness and motivation] problems are due to being completely burned out at work)

What a pissing mess. I've managed to remove the enjoyable things from my life and leave just the cause of the problem.

Bout where I am mate. Work and family stuff has just left me so absolutely knackered.

Spending the evenings just knackered and almost comatose. Not even reading anymore.

I'm just looking at January and I've drawn a line in the sand and need to sort this decline out.

If you're wanting a trip mate your welcome up here

Real men do it in tents.

Real men don't stop, so they don't need a tent.

(I take a tent 🙂 )
