It may look understated, but a Potts frame, full XTR and Enve wheels...definitely tarty. 😉

frame looks nice, but the name "steve potts" just written on looks grim, he can build a frame but need to change his name to something more dynamic otherwise it just doesn't evoke an urge to own a "steve" 😆

I guess that depends on how you define 'tarty' - it's certainly understated, considering the build, and to Joe Public wouldn't look too out of the ordinary. But to someone who likes their bikes... You've even got the valves/logos perfectly lined up. Definitely tarty. Very, very nice though. 😀

Most people who'd see that in the street/trails would probably think the chap riding it is called Steve Potts.
