I would like to raise my stem but have run out of steerer.
Was there a gubbins mentioned on here recently that sorted this problem?

Use one with a steeper angle. Anything else is a bodge and you will die a horrible death when it fails.

That gizmo raises the stem too much and costs more than a stem,so stem it is.

You can get some seriously high rise riser bars with 50mm upsweep.
