Not my pic and not a great one of the headset but can anyone tell me if its integrated or semi-integrated, and if possible suggest a replacement?

i didn't think Lemonds had integrated headsets,
I had two Lemonds and both had normal headsets. Also just google Lemond Etape and you'll see that it looks like it has a normal headset but it's some sort of a square Cane Creek jobbie so it looks nice and flush, kind of like integrated/semi integrated.

Really well made and super smooth. Can't say it's any better then a regular FSA Orbit but looks more classic and suits the bike nicely.
