Bought a bike two weeks ago and haven't had any update since the order confirmation. Not wanting to rush them or anything given the circumstances, but trying to get an estimated delivery date if possible to help me plan. I emailed them several days ago along with a ticket via their website but no response, not even an acknowledgement.

Does anyone happen to know if this is currently the norm?

Cheers.

If it’s anything like it is in Canada then the time frame for bike delivery is not abnormal, not giving you a rough eta or update is poor though.

I am still waiting for giants that I sold around a week and a half a go to leave the warehouse over here.

Arghhh dear!
Gone are the days where LLBs were selling all sorts if awesome rarities (treasures)

Now they're just big business selling boring bland brands

Lol hard at a RF stem bitd at over RRP in their display cabinet

Muppets on commission see!
Though they seemed ok, there was always a weird vibe in their store

I'd get on blower and track it down as they are fairly good with CS for mail order I believe or experienced once

Though we now live in exceptional times so anything goes

Wouldn't surprise me if you have to wait another 2 weeks

This is a concern, looking at a bike from an online store which is shown as in stock. But they quote 14-21days for delivery.
I can walk there in 2 days and cycle back in 14 hours according to Google maps..😂

Ah well. I tried ringing but got a recorded message asking me to email! Guess I'll just wait.

Leisure lakes is on a mates s**t list as he placed an order which has been 'delivered'. He can't get hold of them. Could be a simple mistake or an error on the couriers part but gets you thinking when you come across a thread like this.

Yeah I took note of that when I was ordering. Problem (such as it is) is I've had neither an 'expected delivery date' nor an 'estimated dispatch date' which is all I'm after.

I ordered a bike a couple of weeks back. Ended up cancelling it. But they were very efficient at answering emails and refunding.

If anyone cares I just got a dispatch notification so any pitchforks may be withdrawn.

I ordered a Joe blow replacement head valve and it came through within a week. I just think they are busy and short staffed.
