I have a green xlr damper, the label on the damper says 1XLR100-1-070611 2S-3P 2.0.

I have changed all seals from kit KH125/b, so all seals except the oil seals.

Refilled the damper with oil, i know for sure that all air is out an oil is in (pushed and pulled the piston inside the shaft to get all air out and draw oil in).

But have al very strange problem, if i push very slowly on the fork it goes down without any resitance, if i do it quickly it works normal. Also working on a xlr with a red damper but if you push slowly on that one there is resitance so I asume it's not normal behavior for a green damper?

Does anyone have any idea what the problem can be? I should be something in the damper cartrigde because i know the telescoop, bearings etc. work fine. There is now air leak. Hope someone knows what's going on ?
