Several of mine have gone to TF Tuned for a lot of years, always decent service.

Most lbs will just send them back to the importer.

Evans did have their own shock service centre that all their branches sent to, but not sure if that still happens now.

Just look for a bike shop where they ride a lot of recumbents, wear vegetarian shoes and smell a bit funky, and that should see you right.

Avoid the ones flying national flags.

I have always used TFT, never had any issues with the quality of their service. They have serviced several of my LEfty forks over the years. However TFT can't service the new Ocho forks, these need to be sent to CSG via your LBS - when I had mine serviced I was surprised at how cheap it was to service, I think it was £80 including postage to and from my LBS. So it would be worth trying your local Cannondale dealer to see the price they quote to send it off.

That's impressive as when I sent my Oliver off for a service via lbs to CSG about 4 years ago, the shop labour, courier and 200 hour service cost me circa £250

Just checked and the 200 hour service for the Ocho is £199. Mine was just the 100 hour service, and thinking about it the did replace some bits under warranty while they had it (I think that has happened on the 1st service of every Lefty I have had...) so maybe that is why I wasn't charged anything for the courier.

@dave661350 You could try RSF Suspension here in Plymski. I've seen a video on Bookface of him with a Lefty on his workbench so he might be able to help sooner. He's always been a good service to me and my trusted LBS recommends him.

I just had my Ocho serviced. The LBS sent it back to CSC. 5 day turnaround, £79.99 and a few quid for the lockout kit of parts. Great service. The problem I have is that the remote lockout won’t engage. It’s a Fox remote lever, which is attached within the top of the Lefty, by a 1mm hex bolt and a tiny washer. The cable keeps slipping out from under the washer. I’ve tried to lock it down, rounding out the hex bolt! CSC have replaced the bolt but the cable keeps slipping. Has anybody else as this? Any advice would be gratefully received
