Anyone done this?
I'm after some advice on what oil to refill it with, as the manual/process seems pretty straight forward but the fluid it suggest using is: "golden spectro motorcycle cartridge fork fluid, 85/150", whatever that is....

Found this MTBR thread talking about it, but even that pretty inconclusive

Any idea's or just use any old 5wt fluid I can get?

Hmm some-one just suggested I check out the manitou site (as it has a SPV damper), their (own forks) manual say to use:

"SAE 5WT suspension fork oil from high quality manufacturers such as
Motorex or Maxima."

Anyone know where I'll get some in a hurry? (halfrauds?)
Just saying motorcycle shops ain't much use as I'm in Leicester and don't know the area..
