Yep you’ll find plenty to keep him occupied...

The pump tracks and blue near the car would be ok, but I wouldn't fancy taking him down the red trail if it was busy, there's some pretty big stuff on it and some pretty fast riders.

Top section should keep him happy though.

I went a couple of weeks ago with the idea of checking it out for my 5 & 4 yr old nieces who are getting bored of flat gravel fireroad near their house and aren't progressing their skills at all.

There were loads of families & kids there, from 3yrs old on balance bikes up through various options of stabilisers and onto regular kids bikes. It was busy but not unpleasantly so, there was always a clear line somewhere if you looked around.

The top section should keep them occupied for a while. Personally I thought that (going off the ability of my nieces) there probably wasn't enough of the *really* easy stuff there to make it worth their while but a family friend has a 5yr old daughter who has done loads more riding (the mother being well into cycling) and I know she'd handle it fine. Depends very much on your kids.

The proper red trail section I'd guess at 8, maybe 9yrs plus if they actually wanted to ride most of it and enjoy it although I'm fairly sure there were probably some 6yr olds at the place that could have thrashed me down it judging by their ability on the BMX track...
