Need some new flood lights for outside the house,got a couple of 300w halogens at the moment.
Had a quick look and there seem to be an awful lot.
Are they like the bike lights go cheap and replace more often ??
Any pointers on which to go for ??
All I know is that the generic chinese one I bought off ebay that was meant to run on 12V didn't and I butchered it in the process of trying to sort it. I seeemed relativelly well built and looked great when running on mains. It ran nice and cool and had decent enough beam.
You won't be as demanding on the spec of an outside light as anindoor LED fitting or a bike light I can't imagine you having to replace it (and it's the whole fitting that would need replaced anyway)
