I've always been a bit of a fit and forget type. Sticking the bike in for a service every now and then and not really touching it other than to clean and lube it.
I want to make sure I look after the 32s that I've got on my Gyro so where is the best place to learn how to dismantle and clean them?

If you get round to replacing fluids and therefore removing the lockout knob rebound adjuster take note of items 6 & 7 under "installing damper into fork" towards the end of the page. If you miss that bit out do it wrong the lock out won't work.
