Second one in six months, got the familiar brake squeal and no braking power whatsoever this morning. Signs of fluid around the caliper this time as well. Have Shimano fixed the leaky caliper issues yet or am I wasting my money with a new one?

Had mine changed under warranty. Replacement one has been fine but put me off buying again.
If its the caliper leaking and not another source of contamination then they have a 2 year warranty, just send it back.
Can’t recall where I got it from and can’t find any email receipt! Doh.
Warranty or bin....
You can just keep buying calipers, that might be warrantied next time - if you got it online just search your email for SLX caliper or something like that
