Any suspension experts able to give any advice on this?

New to me Lyrik has no compression and noisy damper. Took the Charger damper out to check and the bladder is leaking oil at both the top bottom when compressed. Can't see any obvious tears or damage to the bladder.

Is it possible the bladder is incorrectly is seated or the coupler either over or under tightened?
No sign of leaking through the compression dials just the bladder. Doesn't look like the bladder is available as a spare part annoyingly. If theres no fix I'll have to return the fork which is a pain.

Try SlicknSlide Suspension in Macc, he does replacement bladders.

If it's a new fork or within warranty, then SRAM will take care of it.

Did a lowers service on mine a few months back and the damper side was full of oil from a leaking damper, all sorted in 10 days though.

It could need tightening up, but I don't think it could be incorrectly seated.
I can't remember if it's reverse threaded or anything, best to look up the instructions

Is it definitely leaking oil?? When I took mine out it looked like it was leaking even when it wasn't because oil from the lowers gets in between the bladder and cap thing and is then pushed out as the bladder expands.

Thanks all. Ebay purchase so I can't warranty as I'm not the original owner. Seller listed fork as having been removed from new bike (and it does look brand new tbf) and of course claims they didn't know about the problem. Pretty sure its oil leaking, whole bladder was covered when I removed it and would explain the noises and lack of compression as air has got in.

Looks like its chase a refund through ebay or keep and sort myself. Have emailed SlicknSlide for a quote to repair. May be worth it as the fork was a decent price and no other issues.
