Got myself a 2 hour session at the mountain bike trails at Lea Valley next Saturday. Never been before and there's very little information about the trails online. Any one been? If so, what's it like?

I'm sorry to tell you, very shit. My 6yo has more fun in the garden. Family trails at best IIRC and if nothing has changed.
