It was RAMMED in the Malverns. Never seen it as busy in nearly 10 year of riding up here. I knew it'd be a magnet for everyone's last day off but wasn't expecting quite so many people. 99% who were fine and 1% who must just enjoy being miserable on an absolutely stunning day. Their loss.

My New Year's day on the CX traing bike. Nice and cold icy with blue skies. Tonight's going to be fun as it has been snowing the whole day. First night ride in 2017 on fresh powder! 🙂

Mine was a bust - got to the trails and lost pressure on my front tyre after the first decent, stupidly 8d forgotten to pocket my pump. had to ride home again and just made it.
Alex and Jam Bo really lovely photos. Weather colder and more frosty than many bike photos I've seen from the Alps this weekend.
Lecky Hill above Cheltenham was packed everywhere and plenty of people on way to Cranham shame the frost cant all everywhere but still didn't get as muddy as the Ridgeway last Tuesday Fat bike is amazing in mud those bonty tyres are great.
My first was yesterday and I didn't crash but came very close after a pedal/rock interface whilst cranking pretty hard. Was a nice enough day for it but today was much nicer!

Awesome conditions with a hard frost at Rivington. Only the Shooting Huts descent really affected by ice (I managed a spectacular save, with no witnesses sadly).
