I am tempted by the Coal from Last Bikes.
It looks enduro enough for me and pretty good value. Obviously buying direct from Germany comes with some reservations. Has anyone got any real world riding experience with the Coal and / or customer service with Last?

I had one of their Herb DHs, never actually had to use the customer service except for a couple of small parts but they were brilliant for questions etc. Superb bike- absolutely rock solid and the best suspension I've ever had on a bike even with a fairly basic shock- it felt almost like riding on a half-flat tyre, the first bump was so smooth and there was so much grip but then all that mad looking linkage did its thing and it ramped up through the stroke, perfect.
Probably not totally relevant to the Coal mind but I could certainly recommend the company.
