My son is now 7(almost) and his tiny bike is just too small.

He needs stabilisers as balance is still an issue (from his ASD) do does anyone know of stabilisers that attach to chain/seat stays?

Cheers in advance

I friend of mine got a recumbent for his son for similar reasons. A trike might be another option.
Good luck.

what size of bike is he on ?

universal fit stabilisers go up to 20inch after that look at mission trikes - they are not horrendously expensive if you have room to store them.
