Anyone had a issues with Wiggles new courier for larger items, Ipostparcels?
The jury is out for me, had one delivery recently where the box was damaged by being stacked 'the wrong way' with some weighty item/s on top. Inner box damaged but think the item is ok. Also box was left outside around the back of house, luckily was only out for a couple of hours and it was sunny but how was the driver to know that?
£300s worth sitting outside.......
Was I unlucky or anyone else had any problems with them? I know some on here slate City Link but I never had any problems with delivery or collection with them.
I won't use wiggle anymore, previously it was royal mail and most the time the parcel turned up the next day. I know royal mail have changed charges etc but the new courier is a joke.
First order of some tubes and shorts, turned up after 10 days. Then i got a sorry you were out card when i was in, in fact the card was on the ground floor of the flat and i live on the 3rd only spotted it by chance.
Second order was some tyres, now this time i was out but my neighbour offered to take it in, but was refused by the courier.
Its a pity i like wiggle but this courier needs to be sorted.
Received a Wiggle package from UKMail yesterday. Looked like it had been ****ted by a rhino, but contents were fine. Still... 😕
This is the problem facing online traders... punters want free / very cheap delivery. Couriers / RM are getting more and more expensive.
Blame the government for pushing up the prices RM charge to make it more profitable before they sell it. Another public company, built with taxpayer money sold for short term profit.
