Canyon - http://www.canyon.com/_en/mountainbikes/bike.html?b=3043
What would you do?
Canyon is cheaper, nice toys
Lap is in the UK, but more expensive.
Zesty, but I'm biased and would never buy a bike for that price that I haven't ridden.
With a £700 saving I'd go with the Canyon personally (and I really like my Zesty)
Get the £2.5k Canyon with the Crossmax ST and upgrade the shifters and mech to XTR/XT if you're a Shimano man?
Wouldn't want those Crank Bros wheels myself.
Chakaping - so many peeps saying that, I'm inclined to agree. Why the fek would you put XC wheels on an AM bike.
Canyon don't change the spec, id have to buy myself. I'd also lose the Kashima with the 2.5K model. Still good value for money.
No idea why they've put Cobalt wheels on next years model. I've got this years version of that bike (9.0x) and it came with Iodine 3's on which are much better suited to it. So far they've been faultless.
Forgot to add that you can get a 2012 714 Zesty for £2.8k if you shop around. A friend was looking at this a couple of days ago.
