Somewhat cynically it's on the Discovery channel 520 on Sky Hd.
Discovery don't appear to have distanced themselves from him, or have I missed something?

I think the best way to watch it will be with a sick bucket at the ready. Don't expect anything more than cynical and calculated phony emotion and selective truth telling.
Hopefully one of two outcomes for Cheatstrong.
Either he truly repents, but no one believes him due to his previous bare faced lies (probably won't happen given his cynicism).
Or ideally the rest of the world say "actually we don't give a toss what you've got to say, what was your name again? Arnie Lancestrong or something?"
Again, won't happen because of the prurient fascination a lot of people have with this.
The man is beneath contempt. There, I feel much better for that.
There is nothing he can say that will improve my opinion of him.
