Hello
Off to the lakes on sat for 3 days riding
Doing garburn pass and sticks pass any other recommendations?
Don’t mind hike a bike and as techy a descent as possible
All ready done nan bield a couple of times so not looking to ride it again
Cheers Graeme

Sticks pass up and down is a short day, as is garburn tbh. I'd suggest doing both in the morning and something added on in the aft.

Add on 3 rivers, high borrans and Jenkins crag to garburn, there's other stuff up green quarter too.

After sticks, I'd head up past the reservoir onto knott, then angle tarb and satura crags and descend down the awesome techy path back to glenridding, mibbe do a bit of ullswater lake path too.

Seathwaite - Honister - Warnscale - Scarth Gap - Black Sail - Styhead - Seathwaite

Nan Bield double - a figure of 8 using both sides of Gatesgarth to ascend and Nan Bield to descend. North side should get your tech thing on.

Where are you staying? If in southern/mid lakes, how about start from langdale and carry up Rossett Gill, then on to esk hause, styhead, down to seathwaite then up langstrath to stake pass to return to langdale.

I like that loop, but vwould add a stop at the Lanfstrath Inn for a pie and a pint.
