Anyone fancy a Saturday ride somewhere hilly and then a few beers in the evening followed my maybe a Sunday pootle hangover dependent

Seems summers fast disappearing and there has been an absence of a proper ride out.

I've no grand plan before anyone asks!

Don't know you , so if your an axe murderer this doesn't apply , but a few of use are going to Patterdale on Sat 14/8 to do Helvellyn then beer and food after ,YHA or tent sleeps then Stavley the following morning for Nan bields pass

I'm 59 on the 22nd, & more impotently (see what I did there?) am off that weekend. Dales would be good, can't commit to the Lakes in case Mrs Futtock has a plan in mind.
I may have to bring my little boy & some of his pals though. (he's 28)
