I gave in an ordered an 09 Kula Supreme this week after weeks of trying to decide what hardtail to go for.
Can't seem to find any sites that show the weight of the stock supplied 09 model, anyone know?
I'm thinking just under 20lb?

24lb w/o pedals - my guess
yeah decided based on spec of the bike, was going to do a custom build but the bits I wanted would have worked out more expensive than this bike complete. Got pretty much all the bits on I would have gone for for a light xc race bike.
It better be less than 24lb though

I'd guess at just over 21lb.
An 18" Kula Deluxe with the Scandium frame weighs 24lb according to WMB:

I reckon it'll be around 22 - 23 lb with pedals.
I`d say mine is sub 20,but it has bonkers light wheels and tyres...xtr and carbon ritchey wcs stuff.
