Hi, I have an old ks dropper, where the cable ferrule is at the dropper end of the post. So can I use the southpaw? If not any other suggestions?

you probably could. I mean, it's a cable, needing a 'ferrule type thing' at the lever end. Surely you could bodge something?

You can buy removable ferruls/barrels with grub screws so you get the end stop on both ends.

I have a bodged version as I have a thomson stealth dropper where the cable finishes at the remote end. I think it was a Marin bike that came specced like this with the proper end, it looked identical to my bodged version.
