I've got a KS i7 seatpost, I've done the user strip and service, but still have an issue with it dropping an inch or so from full up as soon as I sit on it.
I'd like to send it off for service / repair, can anyone advise who's worth using.
TF Tuned don't do them and Loco didn't reply to my email a few weeks ago...
