Just received one from Germany and the box was damaged with the lever poking through!
Tried it on the bike and it works fine but the lever locked out underneath the saddle and its a pain to get out is this what they do or should the lever be showing at all times?

Sound like it's knackered.
On mine the lever was easily accessible all the time.

Just sits in between the seat rails!!!! just put a zip tie around the rails and its stopped it but its not ideal!
