Looking for a 50mm stem with some rise, for new 750mm carbon bars (Orange 5, trail riding, no crazy gaps or downhill, but small jumps and drops etc). It would replace a Hope stem (sheared a bolt head, leaving the thread inside - no damage to the old alu bars, old screw past it's best?). Should be no heavier than the Hope.
Carbon bars will have 10mm less rise, so looking at stems with rise to help compensate. Tempted to save some money with the Cubix, but Google didn't come up with any reassurance. Kore say it's for XC / Trail / AM.
