Hi all,

Got a 2015 Kona Process 153DL, with a KS Lev seat post.

Want to replace the rear mech inner cable and the seatpost inner cable, both of which are internally routed.

Before I yank them out, does anyone know how they are routed inside the frame? Is there a guide for the inners inside the frame, or am I going to have to try to line up the inner to the outer where it leaves the frame?

Ta,
Duane.

The mech cable has nice internal routing, its a doddle, the downtube bit on mine was full of crud a good blast of gt85 cleared out loads of dirt and did wonders for the shifting

I'd assume the dropper is the same?

Built up a 111 from bare frame the other week, no problem once I'd worked out where all the holes were.

Great thanks, so shouldn't have any issues with pulling both inners out, blasting with gt85, and replacing cables.

Duane.
