Simple really, I have a Kona MinUte, it's awesome and is used lots. However, 2 or 3 years using the panniers for the weekly shop have taken their toll and they're starting to fall apart. My local Kona dealer is not sure you can buy new ones so I wondered if glorious STW would know anywhere I can get such things from?

Get your dealer to actually check (if they haven't). When I bought a Ute a few years ago it only came with one pannier but I could order and buy a second one from Kona, which I did.

Update, US site has no stock and no idea when they will have so LBS are at a loss.

Any other ideas before I go and start looking for people who can custom make such things.

Where are you? My local LBS is a Kona dealer (Crank Cycles, Alton) and that is where I bought my MinUte from.
They have been particularly good at sourcing spares and oddball Kona parts in the past.
They got me a new centre stand for the MinUte and sourced apparently the last pair of triple butted Project 2's for V brakes in the UK. Oh, they got me a new wooden rear deck for the Minute too.

Give them a call if they're not on the other side of the world. They are a friendly bunch.
