I received these gloves as a birthday present in February so I don't know where they were bought or how much they cost.

They have a funny cloth palm which offers little padding but gives good feel on the bars. That's the good news.

I have used these gloves for about 40 hours, washed them once by hand and once in a machine. They have basically come unstitched at the seams in a number of places and the JC logo on the wrist has fallen off one of them.

As I don't know what they cost, I can't be certain they were bad value but if they cost more than 11p they are rubbish.

I've got those, except mine haven't come unstitched despite a few washes.

If they do I'll take them back to Halfords (where I got them 1/2 price) and whinge until they replace them.

40 hours riding and you washed them twice?

so your accumulated sweat/dirt/stench/crud rotted them away then?
