FC for not putting up signs? (MXer thought he could ride there)

Assuming you have the rider he is , otherwise he is. FC don't allow him to be there and bylaws prohibit it. He is breking the law. doubt anything will happen. I suppose a Yank would sue FC but then they will tighten up on riding anywhere they say is not allowed eg out of Sallow Vallets in FoD.
Tell police if you know who he is.
