Happy festive period everyone

i'm looking for recommendations for low profile non snaggy knee pads for under trouser use.

I've got a set of raceface d30 ones which are ace but the velcro adjuster tends to snag up on the trouser material giving me a 'half mast' affair and negating one of the reasons for wearing troos- mud protection.

I've seen the bliss minimalist arg's but hard to tell if the design would be grippy or smooth over the inner trouser.

Any other suggestions to try out?

Thanks

I've gone the other way- trousers that fit over the kneepads I want to wear, rather than sacrificing protection for trouserness.

Agree Northwind
Endura pants (Singletrack, MT500) seem very accommodating. Likewise the excellent (on sale) Showers Pass Refuge rain pants
Both can take my (quite bulky) ION K-Pact Pads
Generally, I wear some slimmer Dainese perforated pads it it can get a bit warm - Protective enough for winter speeds I hope.
Proper steep ground (ideally uplifted) Id 100% be in the ION pads.

I can comfortably fit Endura MTR pads under my Endura trousers. Not sure which trousers they are, had em years and they just keep going.

Cheers for the replies everyone. Couple of options to look into. I’ve got a few pairs of really great riding trousers that I’m loathe to replace and as soon as it warms up a touch I'm back into shorts.

To clarify the pads ive got fit fine, it’s the design of the Velcro adjusters that snag on the inside of the trousers and stick to them a bit and then hold the troos up. I have considered knee warmers over the pads to ‘smooth’ them over but probably be a bit toasty.

I asked the same question last month and got some alpine stars Paragon, fit nicely under my pretty snug alpine stars 'pants'.

I tried a few endura trousers and they’d fit the kitchen sink in most styles, sent them all back, gone for the burner 2 and hoping for a better fit.

I got the alpinestar all mountain pant, had to size up and they are a little baggy,
I tend to wear my Fox Racing Launch Enduro Knee Pad under trousers.
An older style but wiggle have a pair of large in stock
