anyone ever taken the damping cartridge apart on older floats (2006 rlc 130mm)
rebound adjuster keeps on turning with no effect

failing that anyone got a spare cartridge kicking around?

I have many times, there are vids on youtube etc that will point you in the right direction.

I also have a Terralogic Cartridge that will fit if your fork is origional Fox and not oem. Taken from my 07 TTL Float fork which I converted to RLC. I beleive their the same chasis. I had to srtip down the RLC cart and swap out the top cap assembly for a new one as the threads are different on oems to genuine Fox forks.

Sounds like you've snapped the tangs off the rebound metering rod. Just had this sorted by loco. Sent him the cartridge rather than the whole fork. Think it was about £35. I was happy to try and strip it myself but I just couldn't get the parts.

As above, fixable, probably the tangs on the end of the meter rod maybe a barrel adjuster too, it's best to use the correct shaft clamps to strip it though as it's pretty easy to distort the damper tube as they're pretty thin. 😀
