I'm building a 2005 Klein Attitude frame up from scratch and I can't seem to get the M970 front mech band (34.9) that I've just bought for it around the seat tube.
I've got to be doing something embarrassingly obvious wrong. Can anyone with experience of these frames give me any pointers? The seat tube doesn't seem ovalized at all but then, it could be and I just can't see it.
