I time trialled it last night and clocked 45mins 39sec. Has anyone else done it?

I like to stop for a sandwich and to quietly die half way round. Rather slower than that!

about 50mins at a decent pace. I'd have to go back with my stopwatch to give you a proper time trial 😉

Thing is, the Kitchener trail is actually so dull and boring you could probably do it on a time trial bike... 😆

The last time I went I did 3 laps;

lap 1 - 1hr 5mins
lap 2 - 1hr 5mins
lap 3 - 1hr 10mins

steady compared to the above, but consistent! 😉

😆 Thats weird!

Just started a competition between a few mates, one went today and did a 42min i'll go tomorrow, I'm aiming for sub 40s but doubt i'll do it 😆

45mins is good going though.

I also agree about it being boring!

Has it still got the ridiculous amount of fire road diversion? Seemed about 2-3 miles shorter to me

It's bang on 10 miles the normal route.

I fancy a crack at this, aiming for sub 50 mins at the weekend.

Approx 45 mins most times. If it's real claggy mud that can slow me up a fair bit and has been known to double the time when the ground is so soft you can actually see it flex and you go accross it- I thought I'd got a flat it was so bad.
