Kit alteration recommendations? (Sheffield area)

Evening Singletrackworld,

I have a few pairs of bibs which are too long in the leg by a cm or two. I’ve been researching and it seems people have successfully managed to alter kit with local tailors. I’m looking to get them shortened and the grippers slightly tightened to better fit my thigh.

I was hoping someone might be able to share a recommendation around the Sheffield area, which they have successfully used in the past? Happy to travel a little way too.

Thanks in advance, have a good weekend all!

Worth trying alpkit in Hathersage.  They have the repairs and alterations bit upstairs

That’s a good shout, I didn’t know that was there and I’ve been in the store a couple times. Thanks Grahamt1980!

There’s a decent bloke at the top of Twentywell Lane too on the corner if Alpkit don’t do it.

tuboflard - is that ‘sew unique’ by any chance? Twentywell is very close by so that could be the most convenient.

Thanks bikerevive and JonEdwards for the suggestions.

Hopefully these help others too.
