Not a Pinion but I’ve been riding the X2 since 2017, was one of the 1st cheaper batch.
It’s 27.5 (yeah I know they’re dead!) but I still love it and can’t see me ever wanting another hardtail, and I’ve had a few different ones before it.
Not sold on a Ti full suspension though, and couldn’t afford one anyway.
I have a vendetta X2 custom 29, which is effectively a hybrid of their L and XL 2020 LE frames, making it long and very low. Its not Pinion equipped.
It's an absolutely cracking HT thats killed my wandering eye.
Its not been perfect, it came with a badly faced BB shell and whilat the finishing is entirely satisfactory, its not at premium standards.
Ordering was painless, but they took longer than they stated to manufacture, and then missed the ISCG mount, so I had to have another one, (or it was welded on) not sure which.
I also asked for a polished finish but I got the RAW version and after the mess ups I couldn't be bothered to chase it up.
Spare mech hangers are outrageously priced.
No complaints about how it rides though.
I have a Vendetta and a Hex. I just love both. Bought them both used. They’re the best hard tail, and full suss trail bike that I’ve ever ridden, respectively.
