Had my bike, lights and a spare pair of forks stolen on Sunday night last week, when thieves broke into my garage - a new low for Poole!
The bike is a Kinesis Maxlite Sync 29" wheel, medium size. Visually it is quite distinctive with Titanium self-colour frame, with heli tape on the cross bar and seat tube. (Even broken down it would be identifiable). It has a brown Charge Spoon saddle and brown grips and white Fox 120mm forks. It is also identifiable by its odd wheelset; front is carbon black and rear is metallic and black (Mavic Crossmax SLR). Also fitted is a Thompson elite dropper seat post, shimano XTR disc brakes and 1x11 shimano XTR chainset with SRAM XO cranks, The rear mech also has a modified One-up Sharktooth cage. Frame number is WT12120035. Also stolen with the bike were two expensive Exposure lights, (Six Pack & Diablo models) and a 26" white Fox F100 forks
I have the serial numbers of each item. If you see it or get offered it, please let me know, otherwise please help spread the word through your networks to at least make it difficult to dispose of these items.
That just sucks. Sorry to hear that OP.
Geographically speaking, where about s are you, I don't know how far stolen expensive bikes are ferried.
Hi, thanks for reply. I'm in Poole Dorset. I guess if you are stealing with a purpose, you have already worked out a way to fence your loot. That said there are not many 29er Syncs about so should be easy to identify if it did surface.
