Just after an indication of tyre clearance. 2.2 is stated as official clearance but is there a lot of room with that and could you get a decent 2.3 in there?

Also any general remarks or thoughts would be appreciated.

Cheers

I think they've gone 27.5+ compatible now, so should be load of room. I've got an 'older' one and seems to be plenty of room with a 2.25 crossmark in mine.

Also, ace bike, really good handling, struggle to fault it really.

I would be looking at a 2015 frame I think.

Cheers Steve, did it look like there was plenty of room to go bigger?

I'm pretty sure I've run a Maxxis High Roller II in mine (either that or a Schwalbe Hans Damph, can't remember), which I think is 2.35, and run 2.25 Ardents most of the time. They are ok - not masses of room, but unless it's really muddy they're fine.
